Junkyard Fitness and Fighting Arts, a full-service mixed martial arts and fitness academy, will open by Aug. 1 at 21360 Shannon Circle, Ste. C, Montgomery. The academy teaches mixed martial arts, self-defense, kickboxing and functional fitness for beginners and kids to experienced athletes. Old Republic Title, an insurance company, is eying a new location in Willis, although an address has not been confirmed, according to Cathy Deaton, sales account executive of the Conroe branch.
