Malaga is the first European port to make a stopover on Royal Caribbean’s ship Wonder of the Seas, coming from the Atlantic. The ship arrived on April 30 at 8 a.m. with 3,600 passengers on board, and departed for its next destination around 6 p.m.
On the occasion of this special visit, representatives of the port and the destination, including the president of the Port Authority, Carlos Rubio, the mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, and the Tourism delegate of the Junta de Andalucía, Nuria Rodríguez , presented a commemorative plaque to the captain of the ship at a reception held at the foot of the dock.
